PM:  20 minutes on the elliptical and one heat rash

PM:  50 42.5 minute Cardio Class

Wednesday:  Amanda
AM:  20 Crunches, 5 bicycle things
PM: Circuit Machines.  Yikes. 30 minutes of some really awesome elliptical time.  Really awesome!
