I did some stomach exercises and my freakin stomach muscles keep spasming. Bad. Like, it hurts. It hurts to sit down and it hurts to stand up. The acts of sitting down and standing up, I mean. It doesn't feel good.
I can only imagine tomorrow will be worse. I don't think this counts as cracky crunchhead craziness, and I didn't do anything for the gun show, but the stomach muscles have been worked.
